Ethan W. Smith

Ethan earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University and his undergraduate degree from Virginia Military Institute. During Law School, Ethan was a Member of the Legislative Journal; Spring 2022 Seton Hall Center for Social Justice Housing Clinic. Ethan was also an intern for the United States Magistrate Judge Michael A. Hammer, Newark, NJ, and an Intern at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, Poughkeepsie, NY. Ethan has significant courtroom experience as a Norfolk Prosecutor, where he prosecuted a variety of felony and misdemeanor cases.
