Jessica J. Berdichevsky

Jessica is a Senior Associate in our firm. Her practice is concentrated on general liability issues and workers’ compensation. She also handles the defense of ethical violations by attorneys.

Jessica has extensive trial experience with over 10 years in federal and state courts across the  Commonwealth of Virginia. Her litigation background makes her well-suited to advise clients on insurance defense issues, general liability issues, contract issues, as well as workers’ compensation.

Before joining Ford Richardson, Jessica gained litigation experience within private practice and in local government as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Virginia and as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Norfolk. She also served as an Assistant Bar Counsel for the Virginia State Bar where she gained experience prosecuting ethical misconduct cases.

Jessica earned her J.D. at North Carolina Central University School of Law in Durham.
Upon graduation, she completed a judicial clerkship with the Norfolk Circuit Court.
