Roberta A. Paluck

Roberta is Of Counsel in our Roanoke office. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Roanoke College in 1991 and her Juris Doctorate degree from the Appalachian School of Law in 2006. She has been licensed in Virginia since 2006.

Roberta is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Roanoke Bar Association and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. She is also a member of the Virginia Workers’ Compensation American Inns of Court. Roberta is a counselor to employers, insurers, claim administrators and other entities that defend workers’ compensation claims and represents clients before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Virginia Court of Appeals. Roberta also advises employers and insurers on Virginia’s new and novel laws and regulations pertaining to the emerging cannabis industry, including marijuana use and drug testing in the workplace.
