Vishnupriya M. Mehta

Vishnupriya is an Associate in our Virginia Beach office and is licensed to practice law in New York. Vishnupriya is an experienced litigator focusing her practice on defending Federal Workers’ Compensation matters and provides counsel to help clients reduce their exposure and risk to workplace injuries.

She holds an undergraduate degree in Social Science and a postgraduate degree in Law from Baroda Schools of Legal Studies in India.

Vishnupriya is also admitted to practice law in India before any Court, Tribunal, or authority- Including High Courts and the Supreme Court of India- by virtue of her enrollment with the bar Council of Gujarat. She subsequently obtained her Master of Law (LL.M) degree from William & Mary Law School and later participated actively in the Pro-Bono & Private Attorney Involvement program at the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia.
