Carson R. Martin
Associate Attorney
Carson is an Associate in our Richmond office. He has broad experience serving clients in civil matters with a particular focus on workers’ compensation defense. At Ford Richardson, P.C., Carson will focus on workers’ compensation defense, civil litigation, including contract disputes and employment litigation.
Carson was born and raised in Pinehurst, NC and is a third generation attorney. He attended East Carolina University for his undergraduate where he studied Art History. Carson is a prior NCO in the United States Navy where he served as an aviation electrician on the H-60 Seahawk helicopter.
After completing his undergraduate degree in 2014 he was accepted at Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law where he was a founding member and president of the International Law Society, a contributing writer for the Campbell Law Observer, and earned a concurrent Advanced Certificate in International Business Law from Reading University, UK.
Since graduating law school in 2017 Carson has become licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Virginia.
