Courtney A. Oien

Courtney is an associate in our Virginia Beach office, where she practices workers’ compensation defense on behalf of employers and insurance carriers. She graduated from Regent University School of Law in May 2022 and began practicing law in 2023. Her prior experience as a civil defense attorney helped her develop strong case analysis and case management skills. Her work as a debt collection attorney representing businesses and corporate clients also prepared her to bring careful cost-benefit analysis to workers’ compensation matters. Outside the office, Courtney enjoys running in Virginia Beach and connecting with friends over coffee, allowing her to recharge and return energized in her representation of clients.
